Accommodation details
Our self-catering annexe is available for up to 3 guests. The private accommodation includes: one bedroom (double bed), a sofa bed (suitable for one person), and a private sheltered relaxation space. Guests also benefit from private access** to our large 6 x 12 metre pool and deck.
How to book
Please contact us to book. An initial payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with the balance due 3 months before your arrival; or full payment upfront if you are arriving within 3 months of your holiday starting.
Summer 2026 bookings
Price:
A flat-fee rental cost is €95 euros per night for two people (with an additional guest €25)* across the summer months.
Price of rental includes:
Swimming pool**; Bath towel; Swimming towel; Bed linens; Barbecue/outdoor cooking area; Sheltered relaxation area; Secure bicycle storage; WIFI/high-speed internet and Utilities: electricity.
No minimum stay. Please check with us for availability.

End-of-stay clean is €75.
*In addition, the local authority imposes a tourist tax. This tax is based on the number of occupants, for example, it is currently €4,32 per night for one occupant or €6,86 per night for two occupants (minors are exempt).
**The swimming pool is exclusively yours between the hours of 10am to 4pm but timings are flexible – just have a chat with us. We are happy to work around you if you want to use it on your own out of those times.
Breakages deposit
We ask for a breakages deposit of €150. We will refund this to you within 48 hours of your departure, unless no significant damage has occurred during your stay.
Cancellation
We strongly recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover. If you cancel, we will make every effort to try and re-let your dates and if successful, we will refund your payment less any costs or loss incurred by us.
Check in and check out
Check in is after 4pm on day of arrival and check out before 10am on day of departure.
Please note:
Maximum stay is 14 nights.
We do not offer electric car charging. The closest local service can be found in Lembeye.
There are security cameras at the entrance of the house, around the main house and on the borders of the property.
Recycling: we’re passionate about trying to live in harmony with the environment. We have a recycling system in place at the property – which is clearly marked – and helps us minimise ours and our guests’ impact on the environment.
Bookings are on a first-come-first-served basis. As “first-home hosts” we have an allowance of 90 days. Once these days are booked up, then unfortunately we can’t have paid guests until the following year.
